What to expect from the Girls’ Day at ORBIS on April 3rd, 2025:
Who are we looking for?
Basically, anygirls between the ages of 12 and 18 from the Saar-Lor-Lux Greater Region who have always wanted to have a look at the world of IT or get a taste of consulting life are very welcome to take part. You don’t need any previous IT experience to join our Girls’ Day.
Which technologies will we be working with?
The Power Platform is a suite of powerful tools developed by Microsoft that allow you to create apps without having to write code and facilitate the effortless automation of repetitive tasks, as well as displaying data and enabling you to create comprehensive and customizable websites. As part of your case study, you and your team will learn more about the Power App and how to use it to create an app without coding.
The Power Platform makes it possible for anyone to innovate and unleash their creativity. So, get ready to create your first app!
What do I need to do to take part?
If you want to join our Girls’ Day, send us an e-mail at hrmarketing(at)orbis.de by March 23rd, 2025, telling us your full name and how old you are. We’ll get back to you and send you the form to request leave of absence from your school, as well as the declaration of consent for the use of photos/videos. Are you 18 and have already left school? That’s absolutely fine!
